Shipping Policy

  • We usually process the orders within 24 - 48 hours of purchase (Monday - Saturday)
  • All domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail. 
  • Items usually arrive within 2-3 days of order.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us, courier times may vary. 
  • Shipping times may vary due to the availability of goods
  • Orders not dispatched on Sundays or bank holidays as Royal Mail closed.
  • An email or text confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number stated on your order
  • UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or 1st Class.
  • Royal Mail 24 hr Express delivery is available, must be selected at checkout.
  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE, international shipping costs apply.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case you must file a complaint with the carrier.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Your order can take up to 3 working days to be dispatched, once it has been dispatched, depending on your chosen delivery option, it can take up to 4 working days to be delivered to you in the UK. If it is an International delivery it can take up to 20 working days to be delivered to you.

How do I return?

  • Click the link above, enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the postal cost of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within a few working days.
